About The Position

McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide Every other weekend OFF Paid training Weekly pay Rotating schedule: 11.5 hours each day with 12pm or 2pm possible start times Week #1: 3 days on, 4 days off (34.5 hours) Week #2: 4 days on, 3 days off (40 hours + 6 OT hours) Attendance Incentive Program - Eligible for up to $400 bonus each quarter, which equals up to $1,600 per year!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 0 to 1 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • The Warehouse Cycle Counter conducts daily and weekly cycle counts, perform full warehouse inventory annually, and ensure accuracy and integrity of physical counts while researching discrepancies and supporting the product recall process
  • Support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items
  • The Warehouse Cycle Counter ensures proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards
  • Coordinate will call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency
