The position involves conducting daily and weekly cycle counts, performing a full warehouse inventory annually, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical counts. The role requires researching discrepancies and supporting the product recall process. Additionally, the employee will support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items. The employee must ensure proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, maintain accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while upholding housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards. Coordination of will call orders and collaboration with various departments to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency are also essential. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
