Key Responsibilities: Managing inbound and outbound customer communications (email and phone) Appointment scheduling and follow-ups Data entry and system updates Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams Processing orders and resolving customer inquiries General administrative support as needed Qualifications: Prior CSR experience (logistics/warehouse experience preferred) Strong email communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with [WMS / TMS / Excel / specific system if applicable
