About The Position
Advantage Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our operations in the Henderson area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse-based customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse CSR experience is required (freight scheduling, order entry, customer communication, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a logistics environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
- Availability to work full shift and transition into a long-term role
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries
- Create and manage customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and updates
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and system updates
- Assist with daily operational tasks as needed to support a smooth workflow
