About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 40 customer calls and 40 emails daily, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with RX status inquiries, clarifying information, researching solutions, and providing accurate updates.
  • Manage customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Conduct inside sales, building relationships and supporting customer needs.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
