OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Assistant! This position assists Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support. Our Operations Assistants interact with drivers and customers to resolve package discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery and are responsible for accurate data entry into the OnTrac system and verifying deliveries.   • Track package deliveries, process and document problem packages, research issues when needed and update OnTrac’s proprietary tracking system for Customers, Customer Service team, and other facilities.
  • Assists drivers in the checkout process verifying that all packages are out for delivery. Report missing or not out for delivery packages. Prepare packages to go out for delivery if needed.
  • When needed, communicate with customers regarding their package status.
  • Research, analyze, and report on daily compliances to management and prepare business reports as needed.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year of related industry experience and/or training in transportation and delivery or an equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience required
  • General knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
