About The Position

The Warehouse Customer Door Associate at Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is responsible for managing customer orders in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role involves sorting, verifying, and delivering orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The position requires physical activity and adherence to safety protocols, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to be active and on your feet for an entire shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry 55 lbs., and push or pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Break down and sort all customer orders from the night shift and noon pick by route and stop.
• Verify the accuracy of every order before handing it over to the appropriate party.
• Timely remedy mis-picks and breakage.
• Ensure non-authorized personnel stay out of the customer door area.
• Verify and sign off on all invoiced product returns and take them to the back dock for scanning.
• Perform the noon pick, including release of orders, printing and dispersing labels, scanning product, and closing routes.
• Create and maintain a clean work area free of hazards and prohibited items.
