About The Position

To excel in this role, strong communication and computer skills are essential. The associate will be engaged in various tasks such as handling materials, utilizing business software, operating handheld RF scanners, managing inventory with pick assist riding devices, and helping customers get the materials they need so they can get back to their job. Position Hours: 6am-3pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and materials
• Store received products appropriately
• Fulfill and pick orders accurately
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment
• Manage in-process orders effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Process customer cash and credit card payments
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
