The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Warehouse Coordinator to work at our processing facility in Fort Myers, Fl. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. We are currently hiring for 1st Shift position. The incumbent will verify and maintain accurate inventory records. Responsible for ensuring end-to-end management of storage and related operations. Functions covered include, material receiving, storage, picking and inventory management as well as rework or disposal of non-compliant finished products and materials.

  • Participate/support of KHMS and assist in the development of the system and operational standards and corrective actions.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation duties. All SAP transactions that deal with receiving and shipping.
  • Verify all associated paperwork; Freezer movement sheet and production tally sheets and ensure SAP data is entered accurately.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance on any product placed or released from hold status, raw materials as well as finished product.
  • Post finished goods outbound shipments, times, carriers, and prepare appropriate paperwork interpreting of pallets from cases ordered and maximize the weight and cube of each load of finished goods.
  • Promote a performance-based culture that encourages continuous improvement and leverage Environmental, Health and Safety management excellence.
  • Purchase materials needed for production, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing inventory investment.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, expediting or de-expediting as needed to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Analyze and report on inventory levels, providing transparency on results to stakeholders.
