About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator at SkyOne Aerospace is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving operations within the warehouse. This role requires a reliable and punctual individual who can work effectively in a team environment while ensuring safety and organization in the workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift certification and experience is a plus
• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is a plus
• Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

• Shipping and Receiving experience (1 year preferred)

Responsibilities

• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• Input data correctly into company ERP
• Keep neat and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing freight
• Report any incoming or outgoing freight discrepancies to management ASAP
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
• Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed
• Operate a forklift, as needed
• Drive transport vehicles, such as trucks and vans, when necessary to move stock
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Report any other discrepancies or issues to management ASAP
• Always demonstrate a commitment to safety standards
• Notify customers of shipments
• Other duties as assigned
