About The Position

Darigold is seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our NEW Pasco Plant. The Warehouse Coordinator must possess the desire and ability to ensure accurate and timely internal and external inventory reporting in accordance with generally accepted procedures. As a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Coordinator must be committed to the success of the plant. Our plants create nutritious products 24/7, 365 days a year. As such, all Darigold employees are expected to follow all Food Safety and Quality requirements as outlined in Darigold's Good Manufacturing Policy, Standard Operating Procedures and facility employee training sessions. The ideal candidate for this role excels in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple repetitive tasks. You are dedicated to executing excellence in the tasks that you are assigned by the Warehouse Manager. You should also believe in working with others to achieve team goals, while also effectively work independently without direct supervision.

Requirements

• Basic computer skill, Microsoft (Word, Excel)
• Familiar with how Warehouse Management Systems work
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision and perform multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse/inventory experience
• Previous forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, including researching and resolving discrepancies
• Perform periodic cycle counts
• Create warehouse utilization reports
• Run reports, Create paperwork for shipment
• Comply with company safety and food safety standards
• Keep a clean and organized working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
