About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for comprehensive inventory management, safety compliance, quality control, facility maintenance, and general support tasks. This includes maintaining minimum quantities of necessary supplies, performing regular inventory counts, and safeguarding inventory. The role also involves entering vehicle data, ensuring routine maintenance, and obtaining necessary inspections. Safety duties include performing safety walks, maintaining fire extinguishers, and complying with safety requirements. Quality control responsibilities involve documenting and managing broken equipment and ensuring all equipment is clean and properly maintained. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator oversees facility maintenance, including routine tasks and addressing issues identified by the office, and performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain minimum quantities of necessary mitigation supplies.
  • Perform a physical inventory count of all items in inventory and provide to accounting.
  • Maintain minimum quantities of necessary construction supplies.
  • Perform an inventory of necessary construction supplies.
  • Safeguard inventory to prevent losses.
  • Obtain multiple quotes for any orders < $500.
  • Receive deliveries and store items in an organized manner.
  • Support any Mitigation or Construction crews with special delivery of supplies/equipment to jobsites.
  • Report vehicle mileage at beginning of each quarter
  • Schedule and track vehicles for routine maintenance based on milage and inspections
  • Maintain all engines that run infrequently to ensure proper operation
  • Obtain necessary registrations and emission inspections for vehicle operation
  • Coordinate necessary vehicle repairs
  • Perform safety walks on the entire property.
  • Document all findings from safety walks and provide to supervisor.
  • Maintain fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain floor mats, eye wash station and restroom supplies.
  • Comply and enforce all safety advocate requirements.
  • Verify broken equipment is properly documented and scheduled for repair
  • Ensure vehicle issues are documented prior to repair
  • Maintain and prepare all equipment so it is ready to be placed on jobs
  • Maintain dumpsters on site.
  • Ensure building exteriors are clean and maintained.
  • Address maintenance issues identified by the office and solicit multiple quotes and obtain approval from supervisor.
  • Replace bulbs and other necessary routine activities.
  • Ensure grass cutting, weed control, and snow removal occurs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Manage Equipment Coordinator to ensure compliance with Team Wall policies and procedures
  • Encourage and help plan the ongoing training of the Equipment Coordinator
  • Schedule regular meetings with the Equipment Coordinator
  • Approve biweekly payroll for the Equipment Coordinator and related functions
  • Complete mid-year and year-end performance reviews for the Equipment Coordinator
