About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator processes inbound goods and outbound deliveries. They are tasked with seeing inbound packages through from start to finish and monitoring their progress throughout the journey. They ensure that the items the company receives are correct and in good condition by following all applicable SOPs. They are also responsible for working closely with the purchasing department to schedule deliveries effectively to promote smooth product flow. The coordinator ensures all applicable records are correctly filled out, filed, and audit ready. Monday through Friday 7am-3:30p until all trucks are dispatched. $24.00/hr

Requirements

  • The successful candidate is a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in quickly and accurately serving clients and enhancing the reputation of Nature’s Bakery, LLC.
  • This role will have direct interaction with other departments as well as third party auditors. Organization, attention to detail, and strong communications skills are required.
  • This role is responsible for data entry into our ERP system. Strong computer skills are required for this role.
  • This employee will be able to do the following:
  • Communicate clearly and politely with customers to ensure understanding and resolve any problems.
  • Multitask to handle various orders at the same time.
  • Pay close attention to detail so that nothing slips through the cracks and causes problems or delays in shipping or receiving items.
  • Increases company productivity through hard work and time management.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Operator will be expected to successfully obtain their equipment operator license for forklifts and pallet jacks within 30 days of hire.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Work involves frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing ladders and staircases.
  • Work involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching, bending at the waist. Indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes.
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with ERP/WMS programs. MS Office.
  • 1 year experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret quality documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations and concepts to solving quality process-related problems.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
