About The Position

Power Picture Day Success! The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in keeping JostensPIX (JPIX) Picture Day operations running smoothly. Supporting Field and Equipment Operations, you’ll manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, prepare and test equipment, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven professional with strong time-management skills who can prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires critical thinking when troubleshooting and a strong customer-service mindset. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in warehouse, operations, inventory management or shipping/receiving experience
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse machinery
  • Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrate critical thinking when troubleshooting
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Comfort with technology and learning new software applications
  • A positive and flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
  • Proactive in nature with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics
  • Experience and/or interest in photography
  • Forklift Certification

Responsibilities

  • Assist the JPIX teams with any operational or support activities to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Establish and build relationships with internal teams, vendors and field teams
  • Provide pro-active customer service alongside the Senior Manager and Equipment Specialist
  • Provide exemplary customer service to field teams, vendors, and internal partners primarily through phone calls, as well as email communications
  • Provide frontline support with troubleshooting, training and maintaining organized, safe and efficient warehouse operations
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and equipment management to foster strong trust with teams and vendors
  • Build deep rooted partnerships with key customer resources
