About The Position

Position at Lincoln Industries of Minnesota Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator - 1st Shift - 4 Day Work Week SUMMARY: Oversee the warehouse area and provide the needed work , direction and workflow to meet the customer's needs and DSM specifications in a timely and efficient manner. These functions will be performed with direction from the Warehouse Lead & Planning Department. WAGE TYPE : Hourly $18-$22.00 FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Receives product from all manufacturing areas: Plating, Polishing, Welding, Machining and Packaging. Stocks and locates parts from Manufacturing into the Warehouse. Fills manufacturing job orders and moves materials to appropriate warehouse or department locations. Maintains accurate counts as product/material is moved into and out of the warehouse. Ensur es that all parts received are rust proofed. Assists in keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. Completes all appropriate documentation and data entry associated with movement of product/materials in a complete, accurate and timely manner. Assists Packaging as needed. Work within a team environment . Could potentially encounter hazardous chemicals. Any other tasks as required to fulfill Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: Reports to: Plant Manager QUALIFICATIONS : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required. Education and/or Ex perience: Expected : Reading , writing and computation skills normally acquired through the completion of high school. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Computer experience. O ccasional pushing , pulling, reaching, or lifting. Frequent moving about the facility. Continual standing. Ability to move or lift to 50 pounds. Preferred: Current forklift license or equivalent experience One to two years’ experience in Warehousing. Data entry on a computer . Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills Must be able to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures. Other Skills: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record. Training Requirements: Training requirements as defined in the Learning Management System based on the role .

Requirements
