About The Position

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring rapid turnaround times. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential to our success.

Requirements

  • One -year certificate from a college or technical school preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • 1 -3 years of data entry experience, preferably in logistics or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and logistics data entry.
  • Ability to convert different weight metrics based on customer requirements.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to maintain precise records.
  • Willingness to work overtime and off -shift schedules as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track product movement, update records, and ensure order accuracy.
  • Provide clear instructions to forklift operators and warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on inventory, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain organized workflows and troubleshoot any issues affecting warehouse operations.
