Warehouse Coordinator
About The Position
Under some supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management. We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Distribution business in (Avondale, AZ). This role will make an impact in the following ways: Coordinate operations across Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and other warehouse areas under direction from Operations management. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, lead training initiatives, and promote a safe and productive work environment. Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to meet customer expectations. Perform quality checks, identify and control non-conforming material, and maintain accurate documentation to support inventory control and process improvements. Collaborate with team members, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain equipment, streamline material flow, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
