About The Position

We are a growing, customer-focused company with over 400 dedicated employees across North America. We're looking for a 2nd shift Warehouse Coordinator to work in our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of a warehouse environment, be a self-starter and be quality focused. The Warehouse Coordinator will lead the assigned area and monitor activities to maintain required levels of production. The Warehouse Coordinator will train new employees and cross-train existing employees by guiding, motivating, and advising employees in the various phases of their work. They will also assist in the shipping area to negotiate outbound freight, work with the delivery drivers, process freight orders, and schedule pick-up appointments. The standard work hours are Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM. The starting pay is $18.25/hr. with a .65/hr. shift differential.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills & the ability to fill out online documents.
  • The ability to read and write English and compute accurate business math.
  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs., reach, stand and move.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background screening.
  • To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
