About The Position

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of keeping inventory in check, trucks loaded, and the warehouse running smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supporting our production team and ensuring every job kicks off with the right materials in the right place.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• A strong work ethic and reliability to show up on time
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to read and understand basic info like job names and numbers
• Comfort and capability on tall ladders when needed
• A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with precision and care to keep schedules on track.
• Sort, count, label, and organize inventory by name and job number.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse (inside and out) where safety always comes first.
• Help assemble marketing signs, assist with special projects, and support onsite events.
• Assist the Production Manager with various tasks as needed.
