About The Position
Pinch Flatbed is a family-owned flatbed trucking company that has been serving the oil-field and steel industries for the past 45 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor for our Dallas, TX terminal. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of semi-tractor-trailers, particularly with heavy cargo such as pipe and oil field equipment. The ideal candidate will be forklift certified and possess experience in handling heavy loads. This role involves not only physical labor but also light computer operations, as you will be required to manage trucking software, enter orders, and communicate effectively with both the Pinch team and our customers. The Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining an organized and presentable facility, both inside and out. You will assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks, enforce safety regulations, and manage dispatch functions involving CDL drivers in the DFW service area. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent multitasking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with the possibility of varying shifts depending on freight demand.
