Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Experience with powered industrial equipment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Perform manual labor as needed.
  • Able to lift overhead, when necessary, boxes weighing from 10-50 lbs.
  • Twist/turn/bend/reach often while driving the forklift or picking orders.
  • When required, able to pull/push pallets of material weighing from 100-750 lbs. using pallet jack.
  • Must be able to be certified on required fork trucks.
  • Must possess a strong teamwork and highly motivated mentality, high energy level, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must possess strong mathematical skills.
  • Must be a problem-solver, and able to assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions.
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for a majority of the shift (80%)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • VNA/Turret truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to learn both internal and external operating systems such as: SAP, Neptune, TMS, Supplier and Customer portals, palletizers, and others.
  • Prepares product for shipments by verifying locations, directing movement to staging area and/or resolving inventory problems.
  • Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and/or adjusting entries.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, logs, reports, and records.
  • Maintaining databases.
  • Execute daily SAP transactions/adjustments.
  • Prepare daily shipments on time before business opening.
  • Execute STO (stock transfer order)
  • Ordering supplies from vendors.
  • Arranges shipments via emails or portals (as directed by sales orders) in a timely manner to allow for carrier arrangements.
  • Schedules appointment times for both inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Performs hourly checks (daily) on scheduled appointments that are late.
  • General housekeeping duties.
  • Maintain accuracy of raw materials, WIP and Finished Goods inventory.
  • Operation of hand-held bar code equipment.
  • Operation of forklift trucks
  • Maintain accuracy of warehouse stock inventory.
  • Ability to multi-task and execute time management.
  • Support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
