Requirements

• High school diploma, college experience a plus.
• Previous administrative and warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
• Able to work well within a team environment, helping and supporting team members whenever necessary.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
• Able to work Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 12:00am with flexibility for irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key support to the 2nd Shift Manager, ensuring seamless workflow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee nightly production activities and resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain real-time visibility into warehouse operations.
• Direct nightly responsibilities and job duties.
• Liaison between all departments, ensuring all tasks are executed to the best quality.
• Assist in analyzing internal logistical problems and help develop innovative solutions.
• Drive a performance-based environment, utilizing/analyzing real-time data.
• Coach and educate employees on operational policies and procedures.
• Emphasize general safety and ensure employees are working safely.
• Participate in daily department huddles, communicating priorities and updating key stakeholders.
• Take on all responsibilities of the 2nd shift supervisor in their absence.
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the 2nd shift Manager and Warehouse Ops Manager.
• Participate in front line Safety and Security Program.
• Be a member of the ERT and complete all trainings.
