As a Warehouse Controlled Substance Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all federal, state, and local statutory requirements, as well as regulatory best practices in the receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory maintenance of controlled substances in the KeySource Distribution Center.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, and as a part of a warehouse team
  • Minimum 3-5 years pharmaceutical warehouse controlled substance experience preferred
  • Proficient and accurate PC/keyboarding skills, including familiarity with MS Office Productivity Suite (Excel, Word) and email
  • Comprehensive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals
  • High School diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage, supervise, and perform all functions and responsibilities of this role
  • Receipt and storage of all controlled substances, and List 1 products in the appropriate controlled substance cage and vault areas
  • Pick, pack, and verify all controlled substance orders
  • DEA cage Inventory Management (cycle count, quarantine, damages, investigating discrepancies, research of loss packages)
  • Escalate issues & questions as directed (participate in investigations)
  • Accurate recording keeping and compliance with record retention policies as directed by Controlled Substance Director
  • Participate in all audits and inspections as requested
  • Communicate, train, and supervise additional Fulfillment personnel on all controlled substance fulfillment functions
  • Other Fulfillment responsibilities as needed
