About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk position receives and verifies incoming orders and ensures that they are stocked and recorded according to dealership standards. He or she will recognize flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity goals and ensures the stable flow of material in the supply chain.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s licenses with acceptable driving record
Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by carefully checking in returned goods from customers, completing proper computer processing or paperwork, and stocking or storing as appropriate.
Stock shelves correctly and carefully inspect all parts for missing parts and used parts in the box.
Check each bin in the warehouse with accurate counts and record all adjustments to the inventory.
Unload trucks, sort and stage parts on the floor for the stockers to pull for sales.
Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Move stock from storage area and stacks efficiently on assigned pallet.
Keep a clean working environment and optimize space utilization with movement of bins for optimal arrangement and re-shelving.
Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the parts sales process.
Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
Other duties as assigned.
