Warehouse Clerk – JLL What this job involves: JLL is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team! This position entails working with various teams in different departments at a client site. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the client office and contributes to JLL's operational excellence by ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude who will help support our commitment to creating amazing spaces and sustainable solutions for our clients. What your day-to-day will look like: Receive and process warehouse stock products according to established procedures Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards at all times Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition following prescribed safety regulations Track inventory and manage ordering processes as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse environment experience
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks including walking stairs, bending, and stooping
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year working experience in Biopharma or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in warehouse environments
