About The Position

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Lead, this role involves supporting warehouse operations through order management, material handling, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, the job includes verifying order accuracy, replenishing stock, and performing tasks related to labeling, sorting, and storing products to ensure efficient inventory management. Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic math since we are dealing with Infor that requires operators to input data into the system
  • The ability to read and understand invoices and storage directions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1-2) year or more experience working in a Warehouse and/or industrial environment
  • Experienced in operating an electric pallet jack
  • Inventory logistics management skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
  • Minimum of 2 years order picking experience in warehouse environment
  • Experience operating an electric pallet jack
  • The ability to read and understand invoices and storage directions
  • Endurance and strong physical capability
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
  • Perform tasks such as lifting 50-75 pounds at a time, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up work in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment
  • Endurance and strong physical capability
  • Physical ability to walk and stand on concrete for the duration of the work shift, in increments of up to 6-8 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
  • Take orders from supervisors for order picking activities.
  • Assist in loading and unloading items from delivery trucks.
  • Prepare pallets for handling objects appropriately.
  • Pick orders from storage areas and verify the accuracy of orders from order sheets.
  • Perform a variety of warehousing tasks such as replenishing pick locations.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, and storing of picked products.
