Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience in a warehouse logistics or distribution environment preferred.
  • Basic computer skills ERP or inventory system experience a plus Epicor preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

  • Epicor is the software-they don’t need to have it but good to have if they did-putting a training together for this person to learn it.
  • Operating a forklift seldomly.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inspect and accurately log inbound shipments.
  • Pick pack and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
  • Perform inventory transactions using Epicor ERP training provided.
  • Support cycle counts audits and inventory reconciliation.
  • Assist with returns refurbished inventory and reverse logistics.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and lifts as certified.
  • Follow SOPs safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Flag inventory discrepancies damages or process issues promptly.
  • Support special shipments for customers partners trade shows and events.
