About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk for a temp-to-hire role in the Sparks area. This position combines office-based administrative tasks with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong PC skills, inventory knowledge, and the ability to work directly with drivers, customers, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in warehouse operations who is ready for a more administrative, customer service-focused role while still supporting warehouse floor functions.

Requirements

Strong PC and data entry skills required
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Customer service experience (drivers, clients, or internal departments)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the entire shift
Must be able to balance office tasks with hands-on warehouse responsibilities
Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience required

Responsibilities

Enter and update product and warehouse data accurately in the system
Perform inventory control tasks including product verification and cycle checks
Communicate professionally via email and in person with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff
Check drivers in and ensure all documentation is processed correctly
Research product or inventory discrepancies and provide accurate resolutions
Support warehouse operations by traveling the floor to verify product locations and order accuracy
Assist with receiving, picking, loading, and staging as needed (no forklift required)
Maintain organized records, logs, and documentation
Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
