About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk supports warehouse and production operations by managing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and distributing parts to the production floor. This Warehouse Clerk role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to track inventory movement within warehouse management systems. The ideal Warehouse Clerk is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Strong clerical and computer skills, including spreadsheets, email, and databases
• Ability to track and manage inventory records accurately
• Strong basic math skills for counting and inventory verification
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Experience operating a forklift preferred

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with inventory control software helpful

Responsibilities

• Process incoming internal shipments and verify contents for accuracy
• Receive, inspect, label, and store parts in designated warehouse locations
• Update inventory records using CMS, DOSS, and ISRP systems
• Verify inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies when necessary
• Track and document inventory movement within the warehouse system
• Distribute parts and supplies to the production floor as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse and inventory control tasks
