About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk position is responsible for supporting all warehouse functions, which include but are not limited to, receiving, shipping, kitting, and inventory control activities (cycle counting, adjusting, etc).

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience utilizing an ERP system (ie SAP, GP, Net,
• excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working within a warehouse in shipping, receiving, and production kitting (order picking)
• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to occasionally bend & lift 50 pounds
• Walk on the production floor and adhere to all safety procedures
• Ability to see and read small print, on Engineering documents
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the ERP system (GP) to receive product from purchase orders and expense purchases. All receipts will need to be physically and systematically received within the facility and all associated documentation must be completed.
• Shipping parts, assemblies and machines through freight services and package delivery. This will entail utilizing the ERP system and ensuring that product is being systematically moved from specific locations within the warehouse.
• Supporting the Production team through kitting Manufacturing Orders, which is done through utilizing ERP generated pick lists and systematically issuing inventory to the specific order. Kitted work is prepared so that it is orderly and printed documentation is clearly filled out and accurate.
• Providing regular cycle counts through the ERP system as well as manual cycle counts generated from management or the accounting team.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the facility.
