About The Position

Ornua (meaning “new gold”) is Ireland’s largest exporter of Irish dairy products, proudly bringing the unique taste of Irish dairy to the world since 1961. Ornua is actively seeking a Finished Goods Clerk to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. As a Finished Goods Clerk you will help ensure Finished Goods inventory accuracy across all product types in a professional manner, which includes computer system knowledge, data entry, assisting in coordinating cycle and yearend inventory counts. This role will support the Warehouse Supervisor in a professional manner. Your contributions will strengthen our operations, support our culture of continuous improvement, and help Ornua deliver high-quality products enjoyed by consumers around the world.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
2+ years working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Forklift experience and familiarity with cheese/ingredient inventory preferred; candidates without prior forklift experience will be trained/certified
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards
Fluency in English required
Strong eye for detail and accuracy required.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and responsive to internal stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems preferred
Forklift experience and familiarity with cheese/ingredient inventory preferred; candidates without prior forklift experience will be trained/certified

Responsibilities

Perform monthly finished goods inventory verifications with inventory clerk.
Perform daily cycle counting on finished goods.
Fill customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Use manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
Provide support for employees and customer inquiries on inventory.
Update daily reports of inventory for use by management.
Manages shipments and associate inventories between Ornua and outside warehouses.
Supports customer service/logistics, special projects as requested.
Comply with all regulatory agencies, HACCP, GMP, and other industry requirements.
Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier.
Arranging finished products using LIFO or FIFO methodology.
Moving short-dated finished product into inactive inventory.
Documenting daily inactive inventory.
Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
Assist in other areas as needed and perform any other duties as assigned.
