About The Position

Maxxima is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support our distribution team in Hauppauge, NY. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while supporting inventory and receiving operations. With over 40 years of industry leadership in heavy-duty truck and consumer LED lighting, Maxxima’s success is powered by innovation, exceptional customer service, and the dedication of our warehouse team. Pay Rate: $18 per hour Work Hours: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order picking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
• Dependable, consistent team player able to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication and safety
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills required

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities
• Operate warehouse equipment including RF/Zebra scanners and pallet jacks
• Organize and restock products to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Support shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
