About The Position

This role serves as a critical partner to Procurement, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to maintain accurate and acceptable inventory levels, ensure proper recordkeeping, and communicate any potential impacts to sales orders. It functions as both the first and final point of control for supplier-related issues. Responsibilities include coordinating carrier appointments and facilitating cross-functional communication to support smooth and efficient operations across the organization.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of shipping and receiving experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year of barcode scanning experience preferred
Ability to read and write in English
Ability and willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic understanding of warehouse processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers (in person, phone, Teams, and email)
Forklift and Mobile Elevated Work Platform experience preferred

Responsibilities

Promote and adhere to a “Safety First” culture and follow all safety policies
Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Maintain warehouse readiness for SQF audits at all times
Verify all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly signed
Follow established SOPs for receiving, shipping, transfers, and documentation
Communicate effectively with all operational departments, customers, and vendors
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Prepare and provide reports to leadership as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse office
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
