About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the management and handling of shipping invoices including closing invoices within an ERP system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Manufacturing Warehouse Experience
• Someone dependable and organized.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-management
• Experience working with a WMS, ERP, SAP or HIVE
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a forklift is not required but is a plus
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Check in incoming receiving inbounds.
• Keep track of cheese inventory daily
• inventory counts and cycle counts for all products in warehouse
• Schedule Appointments for inbound receiving thru email
• Ability to work with a team to stay on top of daily goals and deadlines.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze customer shipping invoices
• Print-out customer reports
• Invoice Adjustments
• Additional duties as assigned
