Requirements

No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills (will receive training on warehouse management systems).
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
Team player with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in receiving materials by checking items against purchase orders and packing lists.
Help with unloading trucks and safely moving materials using a pallet jack.
Support the shipping process by preparing and packing orders for customer shipments.
Assist in pulling items from stock to fulfill customer orders, staging them for delivery or pickup.
Verify the accuracy of items being packed or staged against sales orders.
Help keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring materials are easy to locate.
Assist in maintaining basic warehouse equipment, such as hand tools and pallet jacks
Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
Update inventory systems when receiving or moving materials (training provided)
Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to prepare and organize materials for delivery.
Assist in coordinating deliveries with the internal team.
Occasionally assist customers picking up orders at the warehouse.
Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions.
