Requirements

  • No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (will receive training on warehouse management systems).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift operation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving materials by checking items against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Help with unloading trucks and safely moving materials using a pallet jack.
  • Support the shipping process by preparing and packing orders for customer shipments.
  • Assist in pulling items from stock to fulfill customer orders, staging them for delivery or pickup.
  • Verify the accuracy of items being packed or staged against sales orders.
  • Help keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring materials are easy to locate.
  • Assist in maintaining basic warehouse equipment, such as hand tools and pallet jacks
  • Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
  • Update inventory systems when receiving or moving materials (training provided)
  • Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to prepare and organize materials for delivery.
  • Assist in coordinating deliveries with the internal team.
  • Occasionally assist customers picking up orders at the warehouse.
  • Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions.
