About The Position

The DMS Warehouse Clerk is responsible for utilizing an automated shuttle system (DMS) and warehouse management system (WMS) to fulfill parts orders and kit boxes in a safe, efficient, accurate, and damage-free manner. The role involves verifying part numbers and quantities against warehousing paperwork, screening for damage, safely handling and packaging parts, and completing electronic transactions in the WMS. The position requires successful training in WMS, safe operation of Dematic equipment, and adherence to safety principles and 5S methodology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as a forklift and a computer.
• Strong organizational, inventory, and accounting skills.
• Ability to work in a dry warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and completing required training.
• Safely operating Dematic equipment in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Verifying part mark stamp and quantity of parts.
• Verifying item numbers, case counts, and code dates; removing damaged products and documenting them.
• Electronically processing transactions in WMS and staging on designated carts/racks.
• Packaging parts following Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements.
• Picking products utilizing the automated shuttle system.
• Adhering to all safety guidance and principles.
