About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements

• Basic math skills to perform calculations related to inventory management.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.
• Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
• Support e-commerce operations by preparing online orders for dispatch.
