About The Position

Provides support to full team members in warehouse functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors and Team Lead to ensure facility customer service and productivity expectations are met. Major Responsibilities: Processing Inbound and Outbound shipments in the warehouse Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times Resolve discrepancies Interact with warehouse associates and trouble shoot issues Assist with daily and weekly reports Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of shipping/receiving experience required 1 year of customer service experience preferred WMS experience preferred Smartsheet experience preferred Strong computer and mathematical skills required Frequent interaction with warehouse workers with daily tasks, good interpersonal skills required Multi-tasking required, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required. Requirements
