The Warehouse Clerk contributes to critical daily business operations across administrative, customer relations, inventory, and logistics functions. This role involves interaction with customers, colleagues, and leadership to promote operational continuity and maintain service quality. Tasks may include managing shipping and billing documentation, addressing client inquiries, and resolving equipment issues. Success in this position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and in coordination with others in a dynamic environment. What You Bring to the Table Customer Interaction Experience · Skilled in engaging with customers professionally, resolving concerns promptly, and providing consistent service through various channels (phone, email, in person). Administrative Competence · Demonstrates ability to manage calendars, organize files, order supplies, generate documents, and handle confidential information with discretion. Technical Knowledge and Organizational Skills · Proficient in using office tools and software (e.g., Excel, Word), preparing documentation, and managing inventory and logistics processes. Operational Awareness · Capable of performing receiving activities, lifting and stocking inventory, rotating items, maintaining clean workspaces, and ensuring accurate data entry aligned with shipping workflows. Team Coordination and Dependability · Communicates clearly and works effectively within a team environment, while maintaining consistent attendance and contributing to shared goals.
