About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk position is responsible for verifying part mark stamps and quantities of parts against receipt and shipping paperwork. The individual will electronically process transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and stage items on designated carts or racks. Additionally, the role involves packaging parts according to Material Handling Guidelines and kitting requirements, while adhering to 5S methodology within their work area. Safety guidance and principles must be followed, and the individual must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires recording damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports.

Responsibilities

• Verify part mark stamp and quantity of parts is correct with receipt/shipping paperwork
• Electronically process transaction WMS and stage on designated cart/rack
• Package parts following Material Handling Guidelines/kitting requirements/kit boxes
• Adhere to 5S requirements (methodology) within personal work area and area of responsibility
• Adhere to all safety guidance/principles
• Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports
