About The Position

This role handles all incoming and outgoing deliveries from the facility ensuring efficient and effective flow to meet business objectives. The position involves loading and unloading trucks, staging materials in appropriate warehouse locations, recording all deliveries in appropriate software, making deliveries and pick-ups from/to vendors as requested, making internal deliveries of mail and materials, preparing mail for shipment, performing audits of card and consumable stocks, receiving cardstocks into inventory, maintaining warehouse equipment, and adhering to ISO 9000 specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum, High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or 6 months related experience with warehousing or machine operation.
• Minimum, six months' work experience.
• The ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Must be PC literate with background in Excel use.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work various hours.
