About The Position

The purpose of the Warehouse Clerical (Night) position is to perform data entry and report distribution to ensure BEK operational efficiencies are met and maintained. Perform data entry for the shipping department to ensure records are accurately maintained. Complete reports and distribute appropriately to maintain organizational records. Perform other duties as required by management to ensure operational standards are met and maintained.

Requirements

• 3 months of work-related experience required; or combination of education and experience
• Computer and data-entry skills required; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions
• Basic data entry (10-key by touch) skills
• Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications
• Basic math skills, as well as ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Food service industry experience preferred
