About The Position

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Case Picker in Frankfort, IN. This position involves working in a warehouse environment handling food products and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. The role requires picking products, palletizing, and operating material handling equipment. The schedule is C Shift, from Wednesday to Saturday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and overtime pay at $28.50 per hour. Additional pay of $2.50 per hour is provided when working C Shift. Ryder emphasizes safety and offers a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
