About The Position
As an Auditor at C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of product deliveries to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to perform random audits on completed orders, verifying that the products selected match the orders placed. This process is essential for maintaining an acceptable error rate on orders shipped according to company guidelines. You will be expected to communicate any discrepancies in product placement to the appropriate parties, ensuring that resolutions are implemented promptly. In cases where chargeable errors are identified, you will notify the responsible party and obtain their signature as acknowledgment of the audit findings. Additionally, you will submit daily audit results to the warehouse administration clerk at the end of each shift, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our operations. Your role will also involve conducting random tote audits of complete store orders on the dock to assess error rates on a store basis. Periodically, you will perform re-audits of RGIS to ensure the accuracy of net error rates reported to the Operating Companies and to uphold the integrity of the RGIS audit process. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in our operations. Other duties may be assigned as needed, reflecting the dynamic nature of our work environment.
