About The Position

An Auditor is a dedicated and detail-oriented team player. The primary responsibilities involve auditing cartons for quality, coordinating with Outbound leadership to address overages and shortages, and supporting the team with data uploads and software management. Th ey will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, excel in a multitasking environment, and be proactive in maintaining high service standards .

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED required
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Problem-solving and reporting skills
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain acceptable attendance and m ust be able to work overtime as required
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Able to sit, stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes , and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as for the position ( i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Responsibilities

• Audit cartons for Quality reporting.
• Work directly with OB Leadership to audit overages and shortages.
• Support OB team with uploading cartons via computer applications.
• Maintain login credentials and utilize all software applications necessary.
• Maintain high-level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
• Must be able to work around conveyor and clear obstructions.
• Utilize proactive problem-solving skills to answer auditing-related emails and provide excellent auditing service.
• All other duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager.
