About The Position

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Job Summary: A Warehouse attendant is responsible for loading/unloading products of varying size and weight on to/off of company truck when needed by hand or electric pallet jack or use of other equipment.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
  • Driver license required
  • Work assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidays
  • Work overtime when required
  • Arrive to work on-time
  • Must comply with company policies
  • Complete paperwork and related administrative duties
  • Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise.
  • May work in a cold room of 40 degrees or less for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during shift.
  • Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

  • Checks product and associated paperwork to ensure accuracy of load and delivery as well inspect product for damage/quality
  • Reports any damage or quality issues to immediate supervisor
  • Transfers goods between onsite warehouse facilities using company truck
  • Upon delivery to destination, unloads, transfers goods to appointed storage area within the warehouse facility
  • Drives and operates the company truck and all other equipment used in a safe manner and accordance with all OSHA and company rules and policies
  • Maintains cleanliness of company truck and report any mechanical issues/damage immediately to direct supervisor
  • Responsible for re-packing of airlines equipment to customer specifications.
