About The Position

The
Warehouse Attendant supports all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food and beverage, supplies and services for their location. The staff ensures that best products and services are in the right places, at the right times and ready for the guests. Other duties include light warehouse maintenance, and general cleaning of the warehouse area of their location.

Requirements

• Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate equipment such as phone and standard office equipment.
• Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
• Use hands for grasping equipment.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.

• The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows steps of service.
• Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed.
• Receive food and beverage products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process.
• Helps with invoice receiving and processing.
• Delivers product requested during an event, including but not limited to changing kegs of beer.
• Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests.
• Maintains service areas.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Labeling/dating all product being received
• Facilitates delivery sheet process to stand locations.
• Maintains proper cleanliness and organization in warehouse.
• Adheres to company guidelines and house rules
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies
