About The Position

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals for our Selma, TX, location, with manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train. Requirements

Must undergo a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must possess basic reading and math skills
Must have an eye for detail
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
Must perform other duties as assigned
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience is preferred.
Willing to train.

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break down totes)
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Report any discrepancies
Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Other duties as assigned
