About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our Dallas warehouse team. As a provider of flooring materials our Warehouse Associates will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and inventory management.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations is required
• 2+ years using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks
• 2+ years experience picking, packing, and shipping procedures
• Mechanical aptitude for handling heavy equipment operations
• Experience in the flooring industry
• Experience cutting carpet

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Manage shipping and receiving processes
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment as needed
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
