About The Position
At Niagara, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and most affordable bottled water. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading and unloading processes. This position involves checking trucks in and out using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and operating equipment such as forklifts and Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs). You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, prepping loads for cross-country shipments, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Your essential functions will include receiving inbound orders, processing returns, consolidating finished goods storage, and monitoring quality issues. You will also validate new SKUs in WMS, correct LGV alarms, and facilitate communication between logistics, production, and sales to ensure timely service to our customers. This role requires regular attendance and the ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
